CPP specializes in residential short-term rentals of premier properties in Surf City, North Topsail Beach, and Topsail Beach. With a background of over twenty years in real estate, Tracey offers the local long-term and vacation rental industry complete and dependable care. With unbroken commitment to real estate since 2000, her goal is to operate a detail-oriented company that focuses not on acquiring a vast stockpile of rentals, but on maintaining an intimate selection of premier properties.

Lucinda has over 16 years of vacation rental experience, specializing in owner, tenant and vendor relations to improve customer satisfaction. Over the years Lucinda’s strengths in the vacation rental arena have garnered her some recognition allowing her to flourish in the industry.

Cliff Smith

Maintenance

Cliff is licensed in appliance repair and HVAC, a rarity in other local companies, so there will be no delays in any uncommon yet necessary repairs. He got his license in appliance repair in 1988 and has continued to serve the real estate industry since, most recently in the local area. A true asset to Coastal Premier Properties.
