Located in the heart of Surf City,  Sandcastle boasts an enviable location for both relaxation and adventure. Just 32 steps away from the sandy shores, you'll have easy access to swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely strolls along the coastline.

Accommodations
This beautiful property features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and ample living space designed for your comfort. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore in the master bedroom, complete with a plush queen-sized bed and panoramic ocean views. The additional bedrooms offer cozy accommodations for family and friends, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep. We have added a space with two desks with monitors and desk chairs for your convenience. 

Amenities
Sandcastle is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. The fully stocked kitchen invites culinary adventures, while the spacious living area provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of seaside exploration. Step outside onto the expansive deck and savor alfresco dining as you watch the sunset paint the sky in hues of orange and pink.  The private elevator makes getting your luggage in the house easy.  We've added a few kitchen appliances: electric ice cream maker, an air fryer, an electric milk heater and frother, an electric kettle, and a new espresso machine. Additionally, we have a standard drip coffee maker and two  Keurig machines.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, there's something for everyone at Sandcastle. Spend lazy days lounging on the beach, building sandcastles with the kids, or combing the shoreline for seaglass and sharks teeth. For the more adventurous souls, embark on a kayaking excursion, try your hand at fishing.

All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
·      Full set of linens for each bed*
·      1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
·      1 bathmat for each full bath
 * Beds can be made for an additional fee.  Please contact us if you would like to order bedmaking ($135) or additional towel sets ($10/set).

A starter kit will also be included which includes:
·      1 roll of paper towels
·      2 rolls of toilet paper
·      1 small dish soap
·      2 dishwasher tablets
